By accessing our website, booking a session, or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Hypnos Institute provides hypnotherapy, NLP coaching, and educational training programmes. Hypnotherapy and NLP are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or medication. We do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical or psychiatric conditions before commencing therapy. Hypnotherapy is contraindicated for certain conditions including active psychosis and severe dissociative disorders. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if we believe them to be unsuitable for a client's wellbeing.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Confirmation of booking constitutes a binding agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary and will provide minimum 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions are made at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
Session fees are as published on our website. Full payment is required prior to or at the time of each session. Course fees must be paid in full at enrolment, or according to the agreed instalment schedule. All fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.
Course fees are refundable within 14 days of enrolment if no course materials have been accessed. After 14 days, or once materials have been accessed, fees are non-refundable. Session packages are non-refundable after the first session has taken place.
All course materials, guided recordings, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Hypnos Institute and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of our services, Hypnos Institute cannot guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
